This icon of downtown Cape Girardeau was built in 1928. The Mission/Spanish Colonial Revival style structure was originally a hotel. Distinguished by Spanish-style towers found at the southwest, southeast and northeast corners, the Marquette has served a number of functions over the years. Following an extensive renovation, the Marquette Tower features the technology and features expected in a modern office space. A variety of professional businesses are located in the Marquette Tower, and new leasing opportunities are currently available.
